A. P. J. Abdul Kalam

Photo taken in July 2011 shows former Indian President A.P.J. Abdul Kalam, who was known as the country's "Missile Man" for his role in the country's missile and nuclear development programs. The Press Trust of India reported that he died on July 27, 2015, after collapsing during a lecture in Shillong, northeastern India. He was 83.
